SNOW DAY
School is closing at 10:15 this morning. That sucks.
I feel like I'm living in the North Pole, is this winter gonna EVER END?????
All I have to say is that I'm NOT shoveling this time. I did way more than my share this year!
You Tell Me
School is closing at 10:15 this morning. That sucks.
We've got ONE more week until the 8k road race that Phil & I are gonna do. I just looked online & it's not the 5 miles I thought it was. An 8k is only 4.97 miles......PHEW!!
I sent Phil to Kmart last night. They have clothes on clearance & told him to get himself some new church pants and shirts. He cleaned out his closet a few weeks ago & outgrew some clothes as well. He told me to no longer buy clothes for him. I guess he doesn't like what I buy?? So anyhow, I told him to get himself some new pants cause those SAME ones he wears week after week....well they are probably 15 years old now!!
Well I got ONE of the girls to look at me for the picture! Lexi had a wonderful weekend with her cousins. It was so cute, when I was in the other room, I heard her say to Savannah while they were playing "let's pretend we are sisters"
Well I guess since Shannon said we were...I guess I'll say it too! LOL A pair of hotties, ready to hit the night!
I missed a work out last week, crazy busy with going to the cities for a night, class field trip & then to Milwaukee for the weekend. Will try to update, add pictures tomorrow.
Week 3 Day 2
Actually worked out Sat night in Winona.
Nick had 5 boys in his bracket. He took 2nd place today! I'll post pictures later, I don't have my cord with me so can't do it today. Here is his first match of three.
We got Nick weighed in last night in Rochester. We had signed him up for the 103 weight class & he weighed in at 104.8 so he had to go to the 112 weight class.
Week 2 Day 3
Hopefully our LAST time sledding, sick of winter!! I had to turn the video off cause we were going so fast I thought we were gonna flip over! There isn't much snow on the hill so we went a LOT faster than last time!!
Week 2 Day 2
We went to the Farm Show at the Civic Center over the weekend & a local bank had a guessing game of how many pieces of corn in the jar. Adults as well as kids could guess. I guessed 3 or 400, can't remember. Lexi made a guess...can't remember what she put & Nick put down 10,000. I LAUGHED at that one! I know it's always more than you think, but 10,000?!? Ok, Nick!
