Warm up of 5-10 mins, not exactly sure what I did cause I got my new heartrate monitor today & was playing with that trying to get it set!
14 reps at 7 stations
2 mins 6.5
14 reps 7 stations
5 mins or so 4.0
That was all I got done today, on a time limit, kids were at gymnastics so had to go pick them up!
