Leap Year Baby???

Doesn't look like it. 10 hours for this thing to come out if it wants to be 29 for 4 years..................

It looks like I could have a baby born in the month it is due.......this will be a first!!

I'm still hoping it will come on Tuesday....March 2nd.

Our little swimming bug......

We went swimming last night. Yep, even in my 39th week I managed to get my butt into the water. Paying for it today though!! I had a horrible night last night. Phil thought I was in labor with all my moaning/groaning I was doing! It hurt so much to roll over. Feeling somewhat better today. Did pass on a shopping trip to Mankato though. My back just KILLS me when I walk to much or stand in the same spot too long. So Nick & Phil went....heading to Sam's Club (sample day!).

Lexi had SUCH a blast in the pool last night. She just LOVED it. I don't know if it was the last month of watching Nick at swimming lessons or what. But she was going under the water, jumping in, going face first. Not one bit afraid at all. She would even yell "CANNON BALL" before she jumped in!! Should be a fun summer with her in the water.

Nick of course loves it too. He had to show us all that he had learned in swimming lessons.

I'm actually surprised the stress of the place didn't put me into labor. It was a free swim night sponsored by the clinic & the place was just packed.

Well, grandma & grandpa may make it home in time yet before this baby comes. I'm giving up on it. They should be back next weekend & with my luck I'll still be pregnant. I did have the diahrrea again last night but my doctor said I need to be throwing up too. Dang.

So much for anything happening

last night...........off to get ready for another day of work.

Could tonight be *THE* night?!?!?

Phil is working 7 pm - 7 am, so I'm thinking tonight will be the night since I'm all alone w/ the kids!!

Actually I've had the diahrrea today & I've read how that can be an onset to labor. We shall see! I don't think I'm having contractions, but w/ the diahrrea, the stomach pains I am having could be. Nah, I doubt if I can have a baby born BEFORE their actual due date. That just wouldn't be right.

Doctor Appointment/ Swimming lessons update!

I had a doc appt on Thursday. No real changes....still at a one but he said I have dropped from last week. He could feel the head. Will see him again next week. Down to a couple of weeks now!

Nick's last night of swimming lessons was last night. He had them 3x/week for a month. He REALLY improved. He only needs to work on his back floats/back kicks. Otherwise, he did great in all the other tests they did. We'll enroll him in Level 1 again next fall.

Dropped Nick & daddy off at the sledding hill today & Lexi & I went grocery shopping. $150 later, we should be set for awhile...........once the baby comes who knows when I'll get to the store again!!

Catching up on laundry & gonna nap this afternoon!

KINDERFASCHING!!!

We took the kids to *Kinderfasching* today. It was pretty fun!! Lexi was terrified of the Narren at first......but by the end she was better. There were games, music, dancing, kettle korn & 1919 Rootbeer! mmmmm Here are some pictures!

Here are the neat masks they got to make.......does Nick look a little sad?? Well, we can blame mommy for that. We used the hot glue gun & I should have put the things on, but Nick did & his finger hit the glue....he was in a lot of pain. At least we've been hearing about it ALL day.

Lexi just got her face painted! She looks sad, but I told her to turn her face so daddy could take the picture. I think she wanted to look at the camera & smile!



HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

Things are starting...........

I had my 37 week appt today. Doctor stretched my cervix...........STILL hurts, 12 hrs later!!! But I am dilated to a ONE! I know you can be a one for weeks, but for me this is EARLY!! I didn't start dilating w/ Nick until I was in labor! And I think with Lexi I was a week past my due date when I started to dilate. So this is good :-)

Maybe I'll have a kid come out on or before their due date!!

Day One of Training.............

The temp at work started today. I have 4 weeks to train him. My boss said these first few days I am suppose to do everything & he is to sit & watch. Then maybe by the end of the week, we can reverse the roles & I can sit back & he can do the work.

So then the end of the day comes & boss asks "well, is he going to work out?"

How can I decide that when he's been sitting & WATCHING me all day !??!?!

Then he asked if he was taking notes......some, but not all that many.

This should be interesting.

There is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much to learn. Way to many things.

I am ready to be done NOW.
