Been awhile since I've been able to work out!

5 mins 6.5
14 reps at 7 stations
2 mins 6.0
14 reps at 7 stations

30 mins treadmill, different speeds & inclines. For shits & giggles I did 15-30 seconds of running at 10.0. That got my heart rate up to 180! I think the highest it's ever been!!
