Clean Shed!
This morning I asked Phil what his plans were for the day....he said nothing. So I asked him if he would clean out the shed. It's so full of stuff you can't even get in there to find something.
As I was getting done with my shower this morning, the phone rang. A friend of his calling...so I try to find him & Lexi says he was out putting garage sale signs up. HUH?? Lexi says "we're having a garage sale" Ok, whatever.
EVERYTHING that was in the shed is now on the front lawn. He put back stuff that he wanted to keep & everything else was for sale.
A few people actually stopped by & he did sell some stuff. Some BIG stuff taking up room. After a few hours he pulled back some more items & the rest was a free for all.
I posted on the different Freecycle boards I'm a member of & a few more people came & took stuff away. Someone just came now as it was getting dark out...like they didn't want to be seen or something! LOL So we tried not to be obvious watching what they were gonna take...but they saw us & yelled Hello! Nick yells back "TAKE IT ALL.....DO YOU NEED ANY HELP??" They took the broken trike, tried out the Pepsi chair but didn't take that. Did take something else but I couldn't see what it was!
Now we have a nice clean shed!! I'm planning on going to the lake tomorrow & cleaning that shed out. I think I'll pull a Phil & toss out whatever hasn't been used in the last 4 years!!! The previous owners left a bunch of stuff in there (a sail for a sailboat?? Anyone need that?) We have no use for any of the stuff nor even looked at it all but I think it's time it goes bye bye!! Hopefully the garbage cans are empty & ready for me to fill them up!!

Isn't it a good feeling to clear stuff out? We just donated an entire van full of stuff! (After our garage sale Loren said he didn't want any of that stuff coming back into the house.) Soooo much stuff we just never used! Enjoy the clean shed! :-)
